The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location, it’s within walking distance of all the major museums and the Old Town. Buses and both domestic and international trains are right across the street, making it easy to catch a train to other cities in Croatia or even take a day trip to Slovenia. However, there are quite a few downsides. The noise from the tram runs nonstop, and the smell of cigarette smoke can be overwhelming at night—it definitely affected my sleep. The building itself is in need of a serious update. Breakfast was mediocre at best. While the staff were helpful, they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. That said, it’s very basic overall. Bring all your essentials, especially water. I’d rate it a 6/10, I wouldn’t recommend unless location is your top priority.

We arrived late n shop were closed. No drinking water with us, front desk told us drink from tap as was safe. We wanted some hot water. Staff was not able to assist. Fortunately, on the 2nd night. A lady staff was able to loan us a kettle

It is shown "Elevator" on the Expedia web. When I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned a room 503 which is on the 5th floor and the elevator only to the 4th floor, it means it should take the stairs form 4th floor to 5th floor. I am almost 78 years and it is very hard to carry luggage for the stairs. I asked to change the room to lower floor, but not got it. It was very bad.

I was only here for a 2-night work trip; hotel was located near a train station and right in front of the tram stop. It’s also an easy walk to the main square. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a 3-star. Room was clean and functional. WiFi was secure with a password. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, this might not be the best option because of the noise from the tram. Otherwise this was a good and affordable choice for a short work trip.

Perfect for our needs! It is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and a short walk to the historic old town square. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice place in Zagreb

The front desk clerk at check in was marvelous, giving directions. The hotel is well situated across from the train station. There is a supermarket 2 blocks away below ground. You can walk to the old town. Breakfast was quite good, with many hot and cold choices. The maid was very pleasant and efficient. I would stay there again.

An enjoyable and relaxing weekend in Zagreb.

Hotel is perfectly located directly across from the main train station, a 10 minute walk to both the main bus station and central square in Zagreb. The hotel is in good decor condition. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided by the hotel was good with hot and cold options available. It would have been nice to have had a complementary bottle of water as the hotel did not have any vending machines.
