I liked that this hotel is small, located in a once lovely house, and our room was entirely adequate especially the large comfortable bed, but the bathroom needs work, the carpeting needs removal, and the breakfast is coffee, fresh OJ and cold toast, so it’s barely adequate.

Quaint little hotel in the old city centre. If you want an inexpensive overnight in clean and safe conditions this is it. Parked my car in the courtyard which made me feel it was safe. Run the water for a bit if you are looking for a hot shower - it will warm, just be patient.

We got the suite 4 beds. 2 bathrooms. I mean for the price we pay is a bargain. We walk 4 blocks to downtown like to the catedral. Roads are down and up so get a taxy or be in good health. The hotel is very unique, personal is super friendly

Facilities do not match what is being advertised

Facilities do not match what is being advertised, Expedia rates it 3.0 it should be 2.0 Restroom facilities are poorly designed, people can fall and injuries can occur , breakfast should more than coffee and toast, cleanliness of the kitchen and personnel very poor. Next time I prefer an another hotel.

the people working at the hotel were very nice, friendly and helpful. But management should worry in room improvment,at the hotel, the sheets and towels are old and have staines. tha bathroom needs improvment and remodeling

Cold night

Unusually cold day. Room heat did not work for 2 hours then difficult to catch up due to low volume heat output. There was no water available in the bathroom upon arrival but was fixed after we notified staff. Motel is very old but staff did there best to accommodate us.

Tuve que salirme del hotel; porque no hay Tv como indican el desayuno no es gratis como indican. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad terrible. Las señoritas son muy groseras, le dije a la recepcionista que me iba a salir por todo eso me dijo que si que me regresaba mi dinero. Cuando me salí me dijo que el martes. Y pues ha pasado un mes y he sido su burla les marco me dicen que redacte un correo ya lo hice 4 veces. Hablo con la recepcionista de la mañana; la de la tarde al gerente la contadora y que ellas me regresan la llamada y pues nada. Les echan la culpa a ustedes porque ustedes no son los que especifican que no tienen esos servicios.
