ネット上でセミダブルを2部屋（大人１人と小学生で1部屋・大人1人で1部屋）でカードで先払いで予約したが、チェックインの際にホテルの方から何も確認のないままセミダブル1部屋とシングル1部屋のキーを渡されそうになった。スマホの予約画面を提示して何とか予約した通りのセミダブル2部屋を利用できた。洗面台の蛇口のパッキンが劣化しているのか、蛇口を閉めても水が止まらなかった。朝食メニューのおかずの種類がもう少し豊富だと嬉しい。

スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。部屋は、カビ臭く、エアコンはゴミだらけ、バスタオルはしわくちゃで、使用済みの？と錯覚しました。朝ごはんは美味しかったです。
