2 bedroom nice home in Ystad

At the edge of the village Snårestad you will find this beautiful cottage with a nice winter garden.



Snårestad is located just outside Wallanders Ystad, with stores and several nice restaurants both in the center and by the sea. The cottage is located 4 km from the sea in Mossby and Abbekås, where you will find a sandy beach and fishing opportunities. The beach stretches several kilometers in both directions. There are great opportunities for walking or cycling along the gravel roads in the area, on the South Coast Trail along the sea, on the boardwalks in Ystads Sandskog or in the beautiful alleys of Ystad.



You are also close to Ystad Zoo, where there is also a pool area and Mossbylund with SPA and good restaurant. Also worth seeing are Harbars harbor, Hammars Backar, Ale Stenar, Kåseberga with fish smokehouse and cozy cafes and Dag Hammarskiölds Backåkra and Österlen with many excursion destinations and farm stores.



For those who want to play golf, there is Ystad Golf Club in Nybrostrand and Abbekås Golf Club. From Svarte you can easily take the train to Ystad, Simrishamn, Malmö and Copenhagen. Near the cottage there are several castles you can cycle to, such as Marsvinsholm Castle with theater and beautiful park with exhibitions, Snogeholm Castle and Krageholm Castle. In Snogeholm and Krageholm there are also lakes with beautiful hiking trails and barbecue areas in several places.

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und am Ende der Strasse liegt ein Wald, was praktisch für Hunde ist. Schade, dass die hintere Terrasse recht ungepflegt wirkte. Besser wäre es, wenn zwischen den Schlafräumen eine Tür statt einem Vorhang wäre. In der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände und Ystad selbst ist ein sehr hübsches Städtchen. Man muss allerdings ein Stückchen fahren. Etwas nervig war das Ein-und Auschecken,da man zur Schlüsselübergabe erst nach Ystad fahren musste. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Vi är jätte nöjda med bostaden och väldigt skönt att hyresvärden av så enkel att få kontakt med. Saknade väl lite små saker i huset som kunde varit bra att ha.. Men vi är supernöjda över vår veckan ensligheten 👍🏼
