It was raining the entire 3 days of our stay. We didn't get to do things we planned for our trip. Only so much we can plan for. The room was a little dated. Not having an electric water kettle for having hot beverage in the room was a little troublesome specially when we weren't able to go out. Have to go down to the reception to fill our own travel flask with hot water. There's only 1 electric outlet to charge electronics. Breakfast was ok. Phillip at the restaurant was very attentive and friendly.

The staff - I understand it is owned by a family - so the son who was at the reception to check us in and also served dinner and breakfast in the morning - absolutely outstanding service. The area is beautiful. Quiet. The room was nice but the A/C didn't work very well and the toilet was broken (was making noise throughout our stay). Also I was under the impression that there was a pool but it turns out it's part of the spa and is at extra fee!

Personal attention

A nice, small hotel in a small village 800m off main road. Very quiet when we visited (we were the only guests) Limited breakfast choices, but dinner was excellent. Aircon in room not working. This is a family run hotel and this makes such a difference to your experience. Top marks for their attention and friendliness.

Simplemente correcto
