2 bathrooms, aft cabin has a toilet and bath/shower. Forward cabin has shower/toilet. Spacious back patio with outdoor seating as well as living room with tv. Dinette table converts into a small double bed and can seat 6. We have a ninja oven which is also a air fryer in one. Upper helm area is a nice place to relax and while catching the sea breeze.

HOUSE RULES:
No parties
Quiet time after 10 pm really important as there are other transient boaters trying to sleep and marina ordinance.
No jumping in the water from the boat
Please wash dishes after using them
No shoes on the boat (if it is raining, store shoes inside boat on the inner cunby at the bottom of the stairs to the right when you enter the boat)
No climbing on hardtop of aft patio
Don't touch the dinghy

We booked this boat for our son's birthday, who just turned 7. He had a great time and did not want to leave when it was time. Christian was a terrific communicator and that really made up for some of the minor issues we had.

More transparency needed
Boat was great except it needed a while to be aired out (although this is typical for an older boat). Bed was comfortable. Biggest issue was the Boat is NOT located in YorkTown - it is in Buckroe. Marina it is located in was fine and near Buckroe beach which was very nice. Boat did not have hot water so had to use the boathouse (This should have been clearly communicated before we arrived).

Easy to find, beautiful location, wonderful boat!!! My daughter and I had a great rainy weekend for my birthday. We got to watch the planes take off from Langley, relax in a quiet boat, close to everything! The boat is comfy and has everything you need, a beautiful area and dock with plenty room to beach walk or bbq or just sit and hang out. Thanks for the lovely bday weekend spot!!!

Quick trip
We were squeezing in a quick trip to Busch Gardens and looking for a unique place to stay. This was perfect for us! There was plenty of room and it gave the kids a taste of what staying on a boat is like. It made the trip so much more memorable than a hotel, which is why we vacation...creating memories that keep us bonded. Christian was very responsive and helpful. Only regret was that we didn't have enough time to just enjoy the boat and marina.
