The bedroom features panelling and a hand-made double bed. The apartment is on a quiet street within York’s city walls, close to Bishy Road’s independent cafés, restaurants and shops. Its excellent location, high-quality furnishings and free parking make it a comfortable base for exploring York.

Important sleeping information:
The apartment is ideally suited to 2 guests. It can accommodate up to 4, but guests 3 and 4 share a small sofa bed in the lounge.

Living area:
The open-plan living space includes a Smart TV and the small sofa bed. TV channels and streaming are accessed through apps installed on the Smart TV; there is no traditional broadcast TV service.

The kitchen includes an electric hob, fan oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher.

Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, basin and complimentary toiletries. Fresh towels are provided.

Parking:
Street parking is available outside the property using the permit provided, as explained in the check-in instructions.

The apartment is maintained to a high standard and includes a comfortable workspace and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Guest access:
We operate self-check-in and check-out, so you can come and go as you please. The team is available to help with any questions.

Other things to note:
If 2 guests are staying, only the double bed will be prepared unless you tell us that the sofa bed is also required.

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for a £110 fee per week.

Online check-in required
The lead guest must complete the secure check-in form, accept the terms and conditions, and provide valid identification.

Check-in and checkout
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 may be required, depending on the property size.

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.

- Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

- Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for a £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.

- Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK driving licence or passport.

- Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour

- Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
