始めて泊まりましたが、大変満足しました。また泊まりたいと思いました。ただ、チェックインの受付の方の説明があまりにも簡素で、不思議な感じがしました。大抵は「EVはあちらです」、とか、「カードキーをかざせば行き先階に行くようになっています」とか言うと思うのですが、それが無くて、まずEVを探し、行く先階を押してもEVが動かないので、カードキーのタッチパネルをさがし・・・など戸惑いました。

We had an excellent time. Everything around the property is very nice. The amenities and staff are all amazing. Traveling with a small child and sharing space can be difficult but we felt comfortable and accommodated the whole time. There’s lots to do in this area and it’s very clean and safe. The hotel staff were so helpful through pre booking and when we left to our next destination.

We had an amazing time in Yokohama and at the Westin! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Japan and with a small child so we were clueless and felt taken care of by the hotel staff along the way. The facilities are very nice and there’s lots to do and walk to around the hotel. Andrew was very kind and had recommendations and travel guidance when we asked. I will also add that I corresponded with the staff months in advance with questions I had and was met with kindness and helpfulness the whole time. Thank you!

Great location, with Minatomirai station less than 5 min away. Mark Is and Queens Square have everything you'd ever need. The staff were great, and the hotel is beautiful. Def more modern than some of its contemporaries. We will def be staying here again. Cheers
