The hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. When I traveled in Japan, I hurt my feet and felt very painful in walking. The hotel staff tried their best to help and to make a special arrangement on wheelchair for me. I highly appreciate the hotel staff professional attitude. In addition, the hotel location is pretty good and very convenient.

The hotel is in a handy location - directly opposite to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. It is perfect to travel to and from the airport. The room, a superior double room, is a bit small, which is similar to the situation in most of the hotels. The rest is super. I’d stay there again next time in the city.

The room was clean. Very convenient for food and transportation. Staff was friendly. Only thing was one of my room key didn't work. I was riding up and down the elevator for 20 min. I finally had to asked a lady to tap my floor in rhe elevator to get off.

Location is excellent. Comfortable room with space enough to place two suitcases. The bathroom is, however, a bit cramped, the shower curtain is a bit moldy, and there is literally no warm water for the wash basin.

Hotel is very close to the station. Breakfast was meh - just a donut, pastry and coffee from the mister donut (630yen). I believe I paid more than that as an addition through my booking so I think it is better to just skip it or pay the cafe directly. Room was nice and spacious and clean.

2 min walk to main train station with multiple lines going in every direction. So many restaraunts and dining options, shopping and pachinko halls. Staff were great and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Would definately stay again.
