It was very hot no air conditioner only heat. We have open the room door let the airflow from the hall way to the room. Staff only gave us the fun. I still have a week to stay in this room. No more coming back to the hotel.👎

I will never come back again. The ventilation system inside the room is unbearable-too hot. Staff said the entire building is set to heating mode. The corridor is much cooler and we are forced to open our room door to get some cool air. We can’t even sleep. The only thing that we appreciate is that the staff are helpful and friendly. They tried to help but it’s centralized system. There is nothing they can do.

I enjoyed my 2 nt stay at this hotel it was in a lovely area and convenient for cruise port ,i had a very comfortable quiet room with all facilities i required for my stay and walkable to shops and resturants in centre of Yokohama ,selection of breakfast food was excellent for various nationalities staying at hotel.i would happily stay at this hotel in future.

This is a very popular hotel located right next to Minatomirai, World Porters, and the Red Brick Warehouses. A number of train stations/lines nearby, as well as various bus routes, so it is in a great location. The hotel and rooms are very clean, feel modern, and the hotel has a Family Mart, restaurants and popular spa onsite. I booked a single room which was a little too small for the amount of luggage I had (suitcases can be stored under the bed) but given the room layout I found this was only practical with one suitcase. I booked a room with a view, but as the bed ran alongside the full length of the window I couldn’t experience it to the fullest. Aircon appears to be centrally controlled, which meant a couple of nights I did feel a little chilly. Great selection at breakfast, but it is insanely busy and given the number of people and the volume of food prepared things like fried eggs were often cold. In the morning and at some other times of day the lifts are also incredibly busy. Staff were probably the most impersonal of any hotel I stayed at this year, but given the number of people requiring assistance with check-in etc thats not at all surprising. In summary, it is a great hotel, in a perfect location, very popular (including with many Japanese people) just be prepared for it to be busy and perhaps follow the suggestions in the lifts for avoiding busy times !
