Bagi saya dari awal sudah mengecewakan. Pembatalan/pergantian hotel tanpa konfrimasi dari awal, saling menyalahkan hotel.com yg katanya sudah konfrimasi ke pihak ke 3 Setelah di pindah hotel, untuk sarapanpun sangat mengecewakan. Kami harus balik ke hotel ogh doni untuk sarapan, tp sesampai di hotel semua makanan nyaris habis. Nasi habis begitupun lauk Minta tambah lauk pun tak ada respon dari pegawai. Pelayanan yg amat sangat mengecewakan
