It was a great stay! Great nightly rates; the rooms were quiet and clean with screens on some of the windows, with a personal desk available for work purposes. There was a small kitchen where one could prepare their own meals during the day or night. The owner, this Russian woman, was very nice and nothing less that helpful and warm. Despite being tucked away in a neighborhood that looks a bit sketchy, it was very close to a main bus station and not too far of a walk from the city center. I would totally go back to that guesthouse when I return to Armenia.
