The staff made extra efforts to accommodate me since am a foreigner who cannot speak Korean. They provided a complimentary swimming pool ticket for 2 adults and a free table with two chairs at the pool. Pool and chairs cost extra so be prepared for that. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the resort is in a very scenic location.

It’s not a four star resort.

Not worth it for the money. We got a family room and it was below what we expected. We already acknowledged that it’s not a new resort and the room is outdated which is fine as long as it’s clean but there were stains all over on the walls and tables, and broken floors and poor paint job. Furthermore, It was our first time asking the front desk to replace the bed sheet as there were stains. The location is beautiful and unfortunately that’s all about it. If you care about the sanitary conditions of your room, find somewhere else.

The property is in a perfect location and the outside of the property is looking good. However, the onside of the property is not well maintained and cleaned out. The clerks are not trained as professional so they do not deliver welcome feeling to us.
