As of January 2026 this hotel is under major renovation be aware. The first room I was given, had opened luggage and was obviously occupied. A hotel staff was near by and assisted me to a different room on the next floor (thank you and why this isn’t a 1 star review). The next room had a for to it so I was escorted to the next floor where the room was just right. I later went down to get the proper key to my room. The same registration person was helping another person but also jumped into get my key prepared. I provided paper with the new room number and he proceeded to read it aloud, a few times while visitors were nearby. I was shocked about the disregard for patrons safety! Pro tip- DONT RRAD THE ROOM NUMBER OUT LOUD! With so much construction and very dark parking lot (where one had to walk to get to their room) I felt unsafe.

The room, pool, and exercise room were clean, stocked, and accessible. The staff was courteous and responded quickly. Very nice breakfast despite all the construction The TV wouldn't mic into services. There wasn't a checkout option on the TV like some places.

January 2026 under major construction. Requires you to complete check-in procedure twice. This includes scanning your ID and providing a credit card online prior to check-in, only to arrive and have to complete and provide the same information again. What’s the point of online check in and where was my DL and CC information sent?

Despite the ongoing renovation, the check-in experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d like to give special thanks to Abraham, the breakfast attendant. He was incredibly kind and attentive, even though he was handling a large crowd on his own. I noticed that he kept a smile on his face the entire time and worked very hard to make sure everyone had a great experience.

Locked the door and took over 40 minutes before another customer finally let us is in. After they were confronted about it and requested a refund they said all they could do was mark us as a no show so we were still charged. Absolutely awful don’t waste your money

There was construction. The fitness center wasn’t open. The lobby wasn’t open. The restaurant wasn’t open. The pool was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I called to confirm that all the amenities were open. The staff was not kind to me or my son. The breakfast was slow. I asked for a discount and they said they couldn’t do it because I booked online and I only booked online because I called and they said it was cheaper to book online this is ridiculous. I didn’t get parking. I had to park in the back of the building by the construction I would like a refund or something a comp night for somewhere else. I only stayed here because my son got an accident and needed the hot tub. Yes, the hot tub was open, but he also needed the fitness center and I called and talked to Ryan who confirmed all the amenities were open and he obviously lied to me. He is the one that also said I should book online. I am not happy.

Jan 2026: the place is under serious construction / renovation. The main lobby is closed, construction equipment takes up half the parking. The temporary check in desk and breakfast area worked, but we're not particularly pleasant. Come back after this construction is done!

A lot of construction going on. We had not been advised to expect this only 1 elevator worked part of the time it was also broken down. We were on 3rd floor. Not what we expected from previous stays.

The hotel is under construction. Stay away until it's done. There is nothing other than a room to stay. Lobby is not accessible, nor are most of the amenities. There are no warnings when you book, only an awful surprise when you arrive.

Room was great besides the heater not working! They offered to move us rooms to accommodate us but we didn’t see the point since we were leaving the following day. They did give us extra blankets so we were fine! Breakfast was great and the pool was amazing and clean and warm! Great stay! Will book again for sure!
