Located just steps away from Lake Mulwala and backing on to the Black Bull Golf Resort, this new spacious home is perfect for family or group getaways. Filled with natural light, our space includes all the comforts you need to make your time away a breeze. A large open-plan living area with golf course views, a well-equipped kitchen, boat storage and home gym make this perfect for anyone looking to relax by the lake, with plenty to see and do nearby.

The Space:

-A master bedroom with king bed, walk-in robe, double vanity ensuite and 50-inch smart TV.

-Three bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in robes. Two bedrooms have a view of Lake Mulwala and one has a view of the Black Bull Golf Course.

-An upstairs lounge with double sofa bed and 65-inch smart TV. (Please note that there are no blinds to block out natural light in this area).

- A large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that features two voids opening up to the second storey, proving an abundance of natural light. Living area has 75-inch smart TV.

-Large butlers pantry complete with microwave, air fryer, Delonghi fully automated espresso machine, kettle and toaster.

-Two bathrooms (one on each level). Both bathrooms contain a shower, and the upstairs bathroom also has a bath.

-Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

-Garage set up as home gym, with dumbbell set (2.5kg-32.5kg), incline/decline bench, barbells and weight plates, squat rack, all-in-one cable machine and spin bike.

-Alfresco area with outdoor dining table and BBQ.

-Outdoor lounge area with sun lounges and umbrella.

-Open backyard that looks over the Black Bull Golf Course.

-Undercover boat/car space.

-Access to Wifi through all smart TV’s, enabling you to access all of your favourite streaming platforms.

-Bed linen and towels for all guests.

-Portacot and high-chair available if required.

Pristine Property

Fantastic house for our group of 3 couples - bathroom each and lovely bedrooms. The living area and outdoor space were fantastic and we ate outside in the evening after wandering over to The Sebel for a cocktail or two ! The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with - would not hesitate to recommend - fabulous house and garden.
