Mid-Century Modern, Seaside Home In Yarmouth Maine - Whole Summer Rental

This luxury home is new to the rental market. This mid-century seaside home that is available from June 1st – September 15th. 1970’s architecturally designed home featuring 2200 sq/feet of living space consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, a large open living/dining room, cozy den with a gas fireplace, and a garage. Each of the many glass windows you look out feels like you are looking into a painting. The home has 2 elevated decks, one with a hot tub perfect for relaxing under the stars on the cooler nights and the other looks out towards Casco Bay. The extensive yard has plenty of green space for summer games as well as attractive rock gardens surrounding the home. There is a right of way to the water so bring your kayak and explore the beauty of Casco Bay. Located in beautiful, quaint Yarmouth, Maine and just 20 minutes to one of Maine’s most vibrant cites, Portland, with renowned restaurants, museums, music venues, parks, and much, much more. This home comes fully furnished and includes, all utilities, internet, grounds maintenance, so you just have to show up and relax. We are looking for a tenant that would like to rent for as many weeks as possible from June 1st – September 15th. We can only do 1 lease for the summer season. Asking Price: $2,700 per/ week with a 6-week minimum.
