The entrance leads you down a few steps into the tiled air-conditioned living areas which are both spacious and inviting and boast relaxing views of the water. The well appointed kitchen will impress, while the dishwasher and breakfast bar will ensure you can maximize your downtime.
Sleeping up to 10 people with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, this modern air-conditioned home will cater for the larger family or two families holidaying together. The large main lounge is open plan with the kitchen and dining area, providing you with water views whether you are eating, lounging or making the family meal. The second TV lounge is fitted out for comfort, whilst another little nook offers space for those seeking peace and quiet with views of the water.
Relaxation is a breeze here with the fantastic outdoor entertaining area including BBQ and the fully fenced rear yard. Sit back and watch the dolphins pass by - it doesn't get much better than this.

Very peaceful sitting in the back area watching the pelicans and other bird lifeGreat spot if you like fishing and boating
The house is clean and tidy but could have done with some additional items in the kitchen ie microwave cookware and a few plastic storage containers
It is spacious and perfect for as much as two families
