Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve access to the public bathing facility. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, and JCB International. Cash is not accepted. 

• Children 13 years old and younger aren't allowed at this property.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining).
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
