The Home Base

Stay at this beautifully renovated 1950’s charmer! This family-fun packed home is the perfect stay for those looking for their Yakima "home base." It is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing. Kids can enjoy the sandbox, trampoline, toy kitchen, and board games. Adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, exercise room, outdoor dining area, fire table, Netflix, and more! Pets are welcome, but please follow house rules. We are thrilled to share our home base with you!

This house is centrally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Go for casual walks around the area with total comfort. There is covered parking in the carport and a fully fenced backyard. There are extra kid-sized floor mattresses under the bunk bed and the couch is big enough to sleep two adults. Extra blankets found in the blue bench in Master. New SUPER FAST fiber internet/wifi. The Master bedroom has an adjustable king bed and a TV in the room. The shower in the master bathroom is stunning! Watch Netflix while you get a workout in on the treadmill. You may see the maintenance manager, Michael, mowing the lawn or watering mid-week. He will wheel the garbage can out to the curb Sunday evenings and bring it back Monday after pickup.

Amazing Home!

We had a fantastic experience at our stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. In town for a volleyball tournament

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was a great, comfortable place to go to in between matches where the adults could relax and the baby could crawl around. The master suite was especially nice.

Sweet house in Yakima

Located near parks, grocery stores and restaurants this well appointed little house managed to easily accommodate 7 adults for our family visit. Great fenced back yard and cute remodel through. Host was attentive and made things easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great for Family

Everything we needed for 2 small kids and 4 adults. Very spacious and clean. Nice backyard for kids and deck for adult supervision. Had everything we needed including spices, coffee, creamers and ice in the freezer. Lots of games for all ages and toys for kids indoor and outdoors. Great location, close to everything
