Villa dos hijos

La villa fabulosa , hubicacion perfecta, la zona es muy tranquila, todo genial por parte de lo bueno,. De lo malo es que la terraza igual que la zona de la piscina sobre todo falta iluminación está muy oscuro los bombillos son pésimo, igual que el dormitorio principal también falta iluminación están fundidas las bombillas según entrá al dormitorio,. También debería ser furmigada la villa dentro de la casa sobre todo la cocina hay muchas ormigas no se puede dejar nada porque te invaden incluso dentro del horno.. por el resto todo muy bien... Si tengo oportunidad no me importaría volver ...si arreglan esos detalles...un saludo y muchas gracias

First time at this villa - will return!

Have stayed a number of times in other villas in Faro Park and this one is amazing. Very clean and tidy, with a large pool area (which felt very private) - and a large sun terrace off the main bedroom upstairs with amazing views out to sea, and also across to Fuerteventura. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and a comprehensive TV and Sports package. The outside eating areas and proper brick-built BBQ allowed us to have a meal with friends, with a local chef cooking the food for us on the BBQ too! Comms with Martin, the host, were great - with local villa managers on hand to help with anything needed. Thanks for a great stay, and would love to stay again!

As described and more. Great location, everything you could need in a villa holiday. Close to some great restaurants and the coast. Regular bus service closed by, no need to hire a car.

Great location, very comfortable

Very to sea and promenade and short walk to supermarkets and great restaurants. Outside space and heated pool face the sun all day.A few small issues that were sorted very quickly

Excellent stay

Nice spacious villa and outside area, handy location with coastal walk, Faro Park shops, good choice of restaurants and bus stop for Playa Blanca bus30. Pool heating issue on arrival was resolved promptly with immediate responses by host and maintenance team. Taxis seem in short supply in PB at moment and buses bit hit and miss so would recommend car.

What an Amazing place !!

We are a family who always do villa holidays and have stayed in many over the years! This is by far one of the best! Great location, Great villa, great facilities. The pictures don’t do the place justice it is just lovely! We hired a car and it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to! Easy to find and the weather was perfect! We are now considering purchasing in the area! Thanks for a great stay! Have no doubt we’ll be staying here again

Relaxing stay

Lovely villa with private pool. Absolutely perfect for us. We love doing our own thing and we needed total R and R which this fabulous home allowed us to do. Highly recommend and hope to be back again.

Exceptional property

We stayed recently for a week and had an amazing time. The property is as described, clean, well appointed and very spacious. 2 minutes walk to several restaurants and a supermarket, 30 seconds walk to the cliffs overlooking the sea and just an 8 minutes drive to Playa Blanca and beautiful beaches. Check in was smooth and easy. We would definitely return, the pool was heated and clean, and the owner was friendly and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended

Had a lovely stay in this villa, beautifully thought out and perfect location for accessing the sea walks/shops/buses but with enough space to enjoy privacy. Lovely outside space, lovely pool and the villa is well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely decor too. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I’m pretty sure we will be rebooking! Nice Villa. Great location

Villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean and everything you needed. We would have preferred a double bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms, but knew this before booking. Villa would also benefit from a security alarm. Beautiful location for sunsets and costal walks. Nice restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away.

4. Lanzarote Urlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und auch unserer Tochter hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Häuser in Montana Roja sind toll und Playa Blanca ist in der Nähe und ein netter Ort. Ich vermisse die Insel jetzt schon.

Disappointed - Was a nice property years ago when photos were taken.

The property itself is a great house in a great location, what lets is down so badly is the furniture and furnishings. These are clearly very old and not looked after, we were so looking forward to sitting on the upper terrace for the sunsets but the cusions on the furniture were covered is dust / sand from where they had been rained on and they smelt very musty, you would not want to sit on them once dressed for dinner to watch the sunset. The rest of the villa was very tired, window catch in the bedroom was broken, the big picture in the hall was coming away from its frame, the kitchen utensils were also very poor, very little available and what was there was broken or unusable, there is a green knife in the drawer, which is the only serrated knife in the place that looks like its been used to fill holes with polyfiller !!. we also went to use a pan from the cupboard to cook some pasta and it was filthy with cooked on food that looked as though it had been there some time, we had to soak it for an hour and then give a good scrub before we could use it. Worst of all was the fact there is NO SMOKE ALARM... Also the fire blanket for the kitchen was wrapped up in the cupboard above the cooker, not ideal in the event of a pan fire !!.. With a little investment, care and attention this could be, as i'm sure it once was, a fabulous villa, but as it is we will certainly not return.

Lovely villa

This is the 6th time we have stayed in Playa Blanca. We love this residential area as it is quiet but still close to the main part of the town. Large villa with plenty of room inside and out. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) so our daughters had their own bedrooms. Furniture all very comfortable. Fans to use rather than AC. Kitchen well stocked. The pool was cleaned probably 3/4 times during our 2 week stay. Towels and bedding changed mid stay. The villa is a 5 minute walk to a parade of shops and restaurants in this residential area and a short drive into the main resort area. Would definitely recommend this villa.
