Hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Booked the privilege room expecting service to be better, but ran into multiple problems over the course of the stay that the hotel staff were able to work with me on. Just know... 1. There is a rental car site on property, but hours aren't consistent. 2. Cabs can only be requested through concierge from hotel to destination. Then, it's up to you find your own way back. 3. Reservations are 100% necessary and some restaurants are overbooked. 4. Upon check-in, you can start your dining package right away. 5. Luggage assistance is only available at check-in and then you have to carry your own luggage back to reception to check out.

Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. Awesome time at H10 Rubicon. Blown away by the hotel. Room took my breath away. Originally booked bed & breakfast but going to all-inclusive was easy and worth every penny.
