Charming villa with private pool

This comfortable detached villa with private pool is located in the Faro Park area on a gated and quiet complex in Playa Blanca.

This modern and charming villa has everything needed to enjoy a carefree holiday and relax by your own private (heated) swimming pool.

The modern living room has a sofa, smart TV and free wifi.
Through the garden doors you enter directly into the garden and the terrace with the swimming pool and sun beds. A cosy seating has been created to read a book in the shade or to enjoy a drink.
The master bedroom also has direct access to the pool and terrace by opening the French doors. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower over bath.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and pool views.

The other bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower and toilet.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and (filter)coffee machine completes the villa.
In addition to the kitchen you will find a pantry with washing machine.
There is also an outside table with chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The final cleaning is also included in the rent.

Casa Jolin
Gepflegtes Haus, gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir waren zu zweit in dem für vier Personen ausgelegten Haus und haben es genossen, uns dort entsprechend auszubreiten (beide Bäder zu nutzen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
