Welcome to Villa Valentina, a beautiful three-bedroom private villa in the peaceful area of Faro Park, just west of Playa Blanca. With Montaña Roja as your backdrop and the Faro de Pechiguera Lighthouse nearby, this charming villa offers a relaxing retreat with lovely views.
Elegantly furnished and full of Canarian character, the villa features a bright open-plan living space, three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms (coin-operated), and two modern bathrooms. Outside, you can unwind by your private heated pool, relax in the shaded terrace, enjoy a game of pool, or dine al fresco with the BBQ in the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Inside, cool marble floors and traditional décor create a welcoming atmosphere. The lounge, with French doors opening onto the terrace, is perfect for relaxing evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a private terrace with stunning ocean views—ideal for sunset drinks. It features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor, two additional bright bedrooms (one twin and one king-size) share a family bathroom.
Faro Park offers a friendly community with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicón are only a 5-minute taxi ride, perfect for exploring more of the island.

To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.
Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.

Pool Heating
From 1st October to 30th April (winter months): both solar and electric pool heating are included in your booking.
From 1st May to 30th September (summer months): solar pool heating is included, however electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.

Payment & Breakages Insurance
Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.
A compulsory breakages insurance fee of £10 per person, per stay is also charged. This fee is non-refundable and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.
The breakages insurance covers accidental damage only, up to a value of £400. Should any accidental damage exceed this amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.
Please note that any deliberate, negligent, or malicious damage is not covered by the breakages insurance, and the guest will be fully responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.

This property is ideally situated for where we wanted to be. It is in a very quiet residential area which was ideal. We could see the ocean from the lounge and master bedroom windows. Everything was absolutely fine, though some areas were a little tired. Overall, this is a great property in a superb location and the host was communicative. One minor niggle was that the dishwasher was not automatic, but we soon figured it out! Also, the instructions provided for the dishwasher were not for that model.
