Summary: This comfortable, detached house in the center of Xove (Lugo), a coastal town in the Mariña Lucense region, is a modern and well-equipped property that allows you to enjoy one of the most beautiful and lesser-known coasts of the North Atlantic in the Galician Rias Altas (beaches, cliffs, lighthouses, etc.), with coastal walks, beaches, and coves that, as a whole, will not leave its inhabitants indifferent. Xove is a town adjacent to the historic town of Viveiro.
The Space: A well-equipped property spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there's an open-plan family and dining area with a long table for eight, a second living room, a bar, a mini-kitchen, a full bathroom, and access to the garden (with its outdoor furniture, barbecue, and lemon tree). The second floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room, and a spacious main kitchen.

The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Xove, the house boasts the classic amenities—cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants—as well as several leisure options for adults and children. Xove's most notable feature is its beautiful, wild, and unspoiled coastline, the Marina Lucense; from the striking paper-like cliffs, its tranquil and beautiful beaches and coves, as well as its small port and endless promenades along the seafront.
Getting Around: Esteiro Beach, a beach with a preserved natural landscape, the surprising coves of Portocelo, and Morás Beach, with its small boats at anchor, are among other scenic spots, a glimpse into a Galicia that retains its charisma and personality. All of these spots are just a few minutes away by car. An hour and a quarter from La Coruña Airport, and two hours from Santiago or Asturias Airport, this property is easily accessible by road and has excellent transport links.
