Situado en el extremo Sur de la Playa de Xeraco, a 80 metros del mar, y rodeado de zonas verdes con piscina, tenis, jardines y grandes terrazas con orientación Sur. Es una construcción de 3 alturas, con plantas baja, primera y segunda, sin ascensor.

Este apartamento está en segunda planta con terraza de orientación Sur a la calle Marina Alta y vistas a las zonas ajardinadas comunitarias. Tiene un dormitorio doble, un salón estar- comedor con sofá cama para 2 personas (1,20 cm), cocina independiente con lavadero y un cuarto de baño completo.

Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente para 2/4 personas. Provisto lavadora, microondas, televisor, servicio WIFI y ventilador de techo en el dormitorio.

No se admiten grupos de gente joven. Las mascotas se admiten bajo petición, peso máximo 10 kg..

A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, perdida de llaves y/o incumplimiento del horario de salida, está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás el desalojo previa revisión del alojamiento.

El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos).

La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta. La pendiente de entrada al agua en la orilla, es suave, ideal para pequeños y más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. No olvidemos la pesca, practicable en playas, brazos de mar y ríos.
