Being just 2 minute walking distance from the ocean, this home is the perfect location, along with a cozy space for retreat between your surf sessions and sun. Being surrounded by multiple local's favorite restaurants, shops, and water sports, this home is sure to please your small group!

The ground floor right side unit is single level and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. This unit has a stocked kitchen and dining table perfect for 4. The cozy living room equipped with a sectional couch and 44" TV with streaming services is the perfect resting space between your hours in the sun and winding down your evening. The laundry room for this unit is located just out back on the exterior of the home.

Parking-
There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking for this unit is directly to the right of the home. You will be able to park one car in front of the other.

Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. The front door can be seen from the road.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

Lumina Paradise is modern, clean, and full of amenities. The location is wonderful, being walking distance to not only the beach, but also several restaurants and shops. It is a lively area, but the neighborhood revelry did not disturb our sleep. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We had a couple of technical glitches while there and found Luke to be very communicative and always polite. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful apartment/location, everything you need

The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated in a cozy/modern beach vibe, with comfy beds, everything you could possibly need available (shampoo, body wash, laundry pods were particularly appreciated so we didn't need to purchase and waste leftovers!). Steps away from a sandy beach. Plenty of places to eat close by. The only "minus" is the noise from the upstairs apartment (it isn't obnoxious, just footsteps and occasional thuds during daytime and briefly around 1am - probably a trip to the bathroom or something lol), but I was expecting it from another review, so didn't bother me. Everything good FAR outweighs the sounds. I'd love to stay again and hope to!

Great Location!

This is a nice little spot in a great location! Being able to walk 1 minute to the beach is perfect! There are many restaurants also within walking distance and a small grocery if you forgot something and don't want to drive into Wilmington. The condo was nice and clean and there was definite attention to detail. The coffee maker is a Keurig, that is one thing I couldn't find on the listing and a few coffee pods are provided complimentary. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Communication was great with the owner, as well. The unit is the lower level, so there is some noise if you have someone staying above you, but nothing too bad. Definitely a very nice find!
