Welcome to “Harley’s Hideaway” – your home away from home! This beautifully furnished pet-friendly townhome features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two living areas so there is plenty of space to spread out. Located just a short block to the ocean and walking distance to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier, if you are looking for a wonderful view and convenient location then this is the perfect place!

As you enter “Harley’s Hideaway” you are led to the first living level. A cozy sitting nook lined with windows makes a prefect place to tuck away and read your favorite book. There is a plush sofa and smart TV for those family members that want to kick their feet up and catch up on their favorite shows. A nice, covered deck off the living area makes for a great hideout to soak in the salt air without all the sun! Just down the hall you will find the three guest rooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin size beds and has a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the queen guest room. The third guest room on this level features a cozy king size bed, secluded balcony, and a private bathroom that is stylishly remodeled.

The top floor of this mini paradise houses the main living space and is extremely open and welcoming! You can cook a meal, relax on the sofa, or take in the breeze while people watching from the deck - all with a view of the ocean! The kitchen is well stocked and outfitted with gorgeous granite and all the conveniences of home. Beautiful hardwood floors and large windows line the space and give a natural glow to the great room. The primary suite offers a private balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a gorgeously remodeled bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and a spacious king-sized bed.

This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose. We greatly regret any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your kind understanding as we work with the homeowner and our local vendors to eliminate any deficiencies and provide a safe amenity for everyone to enjoy. Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of three-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Covered parking for 1 vehicle. The driveway can accommodate 2-3 additional vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
