The bottom left unit is fully ground level and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. This unit has a stocked kitchen and dining table perfect for 4. The cozy living room equipped with a sectional couch and 55" TV with streaming services is the perfect resting space between your hours in the sun and winding down your evening. The laundry room for this unit is located on the interior of the home.

Parking-
There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking is directly in front of the home. You will park parallel to the road, one car in front of the other.

Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. The front door can be seen from the road.

Place was clean and well stocked and clean. Was perfect for our weekend stay. The white noise devices were very useful for sleeping. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Coming in from of state, larger beach towels would have been useful. Overall a great stay!

Location is perfect, as it sits only 100 feet from the beach, the restaurans, and the bars! It's a trifecta of fun. The only minor issue is, because of the units great location, it can get a bit noisy for about 45 minutes as the bars shut down and the crowds head home around 2am.The unit was very clean and the host was great!! AC worked very well and the unit had newer appliances. Parking is tight, so carpool if possible. Local pay parking lots within easy walking distance but they run 40-80 per day and that is only from 8am-5pm. Then they turn over parking to restaurant patrons.

Great location. Needing some updating . Deep clean needed . Repair in bedroom ceiling needed . Small dresser for bedrooms for clothes would have been nice especially with no closet. Curb appeal lacking stain or paint job would help . Not enough towels , only one coffee cup .

We stayed at this property as a family of four- myself, my husband and our 5 & 7 year old sons. It was just the right amount of space for us and we couldn't have asked for a more convenient location to the beach and restaurants/shops. Brief Family Getaway

Great spot on the beach- you don’t even need to put on flip flops to get from your front door to the sand. Space was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and answered all my questions promptly. Some great eateries just a few steps away including a custard shop, gourmet sandwich place with great espresso and a seafood restaurant that’s casual fine dining in quality of food.

Quick get away

For a two night stay the apartment work well for us. It's clean with two comfortable beds very close to the beach and small town center. There are a few restaurants and bars close to apartment within walking distance which is great for a quick get away.
