Immaculate Sound Front Condo with Dock Access!

“All Decked Out" is a top floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located at the end of Columbia Street in a quiet condo community with only four units. This third-floor property offers privacy, wonderful sound views, spectacular sunsets, and is in the center of Wrightsville Beach just steps away from the local shops, restaurants, and a block from the beach! Bring your boat and explore the natural beauty of nearby Masonboro Island just across the inlet!

Nicely decorated with a bright and airy living and dining area that opens onto a covered deck – perfect for watching sunsets and boating activities. The open concept living area is great for families and makes this home feel very spacious. The living room has comfortable furniture and beautiful wooden ceilings that give a modern beach feel to the space.

Just off the living room is the primary suite with a king bed and a large private bath with convenient access to the sound front deck. The split floor plan offers added privacy for guests. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds, are located off the main entry hall. A guest bathroom is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and is easy to navigate, so meal prep becomes effortless!

If you are looking for a quiet get away with the family, easy access to the sound for boating and kayaking, or just want to be close to the amenities that Wrightsville Beach has to offer this is the home for you!

The HOA requires all vehicles to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) in the carport labeled for unit "D" and cannot obstruct the driveway or utilize other parking areas on the property.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Much needed getaway

The place looked better in person than the pictures. I usually on the ocean side and on the south end but decided to try this since it was last minute. I absolutely loved it! I still prefer the beach on the south end but I found myself spending more the dock and love the sunsets. The place was clean, came well equipped and I enjoyed being able to walk to so many places. And it was easy on easy off the island being so close to the bridge.

Beautiful views..gorgeous condo!! Beach was one block from the house as well as restaurants and shopping. Cutest little grocery store with fresh made tuna and chicken salad which were both so yummy! Teen kids had a blast, perfect vaca just way to short!

We had a great time! Great location, view and condo. Some things we noticed after checking in you need to be aware of. -tv in master got only 1 channel. -a socket in master had no cover. -a few shutters where broken. -sink faucet had a scuff mark on it. -sink center decider had a chip in it. - queen bed was actually a double mattress with queen box springs. We paid for a queen and really needed it with a couple staying in that room that are both over 6ft. Thanks!

Overall great stay!

The best part of this property is the location! Gorgeous views, we really loved the porch and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It was clean which I was concerned about. The space and layout are very good. It's definitely a bit dated and could use a spruce up but for the most part, you're outside anyway so not a big deal. If you have more than 1 vehicle or large truck or SUV like we did, parking is super tight, because you MUST park beneath the unit and a "lovely" neighbor complained that our SUV was in her way when it clearly was not. Oh well, still a great stay and I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.
