The pet room needs help. Toilet bowl was dirty. Shower grout moldy. Paint falling off near bathroom counter. Sink drains very slowly.

Hot tub was closed because of high platform. The desk service was amazing, let me use her paper for sales, drew a map for where all the stores were, shared history about Rhinelander, was really helpful. Pool and sauna was so nice . There is a game room. Lots to do. Comfortable rooms ,slept great. Would come back there .
