comfortable stay and nice location

This was a really nice location for my family (myself, husband and son) to explore DC during the day and do some outdoor activities (picnics, dog walks) in nearby parks in the evening. The place was very comfortable and Linda and Jack were great communicating with us.

Always Perfect

We have stayed here numerous times, and each time never fails to impress! The onsite owners are very quick to respond to anything you need. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to relax!

We really enjoyed our stay with Linda and Jack. The place was super clean and we were able to rest and recharge. We would recommend this hidden gem to anyone interested in staying in this area. It’s so close to everything! Thanks Linda for making our stay a great one!!

Great Host!

My family and I were there for a weekend wedding but also had to do some remote working and it was such a perfect place to feel comfortable. The apt was clean, organized, and there were plenty of nearby food options. The host is super attentive which was one of my favorite things!

The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. The fenced in yard was a plus for my little dog. There were plenty of supplies such as spices, oils, coffee, tea, oatmeal etc. The bathroom was also well supplied with various items. The host was very helpful. We would consider staying there again when in the area.

Loved the Thoughtful Extras

Two moms and two daughters felt safe and comfy in with all their dance gear. We really appreciated the extras - towels-not just one per person, and items in case something was forgotten - which my daughter did and used the new razor.

Everything we needed for our stay!

This nice 1 BR apartment was everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, bath with every amenity. And pet friendly is an understatement. Fully fenced yard, pet waste bags and our boi even found a kong toy to play with. TV in the living area and bedroom were equipped with Roku and guest streaming. This was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Host was accessible and communicative.

Woodbridge Neighborhood Apartment

This apartment was exactly as posted online with several little bonus items. The kitchen cabinet had many spices and other cooking supplies. There was even coffee, tea, oatmeal and hot chocolate for us. The bathroom had several toiletries in case you forgot something. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We brought our little dog and he had the whole fenced in yard to himself. The host checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was definitely a great place to stay.

Loved the Little Extras

Dance convention at the local HS brought us to this cute apt. Two teens and two moms felt very safe and comfortable. I liked that we could pull up in the driveway, unload the girls gear, walk a safe well lit area to a gated entrance and enter at the back of the house after a late night of dance. All the extras - extra towels, full supply of wash clothes, blankets, cotton swabs, a just in case new toothbrush, new razor (for the girl that forgot hers!), and a fan were appreciated too!

Overwhelming hospitality

This apartment has everything needed for a, "at home feeling ". The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything needed . The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the close proximity to all the stores, restaurants and sites that eastern Virginia and the DC area offer. The hosts were always available to assist us with anything we needed. It was truly one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. This is the first time renting an apartment like this. We usually get a room at the big chain hotels, never again. When we woke up every morning we relaxed, made breakfast and enjoyed our coffee. Instead of hurrying out to find something to do, just to get out of the hotel room. I look forward to renting from these hosts in the future.

Cozy and quiet homebase.

We enjoyed our stay because the location met our needs. It was comfortable and quiet place to come back to after our excursions into DC. We really appreciated the little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Also the outdoor sensor lighting when we returned after dark. Our host checked on us to see if we needed anything.

Extremely well-appointed

This rental is a great value. This home had all the details covered - from nice bed linens, loads of towels, complementary personal care items that you may have forgotten and any cookware/appliances you need for a short-term stay. VERY CLEAN. Nice/big tv's in both living room and bedroom. I liked that there were motion-detector exterior lights for a safe entry. Off street parking much appreciated. You can tell that the owners want guests to have a great experience and want to return for another stay in the future!

Great space! All amenities available.

This is exactly what it’s advertised as… a little apartment. It was a great space for my husband, 3 month old, and myself to hole up for a weekend together. It has a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The owners also had the TV set up so we could utilize a “guest” Netflix login which was nice. Great get away stay!

Comfy and convenient

This getaway was perfect for our family. It was super comfy and had everything we could need, even extra fans! The owners are so thoughtful and included little things like extra toiletries and kitchen supplies. The gated yard was perfect for our dog. Great location and friendly hosts…..what more could you ask for!

Would Stay Here Again!

Jack and Linda were wonderful hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed. The VRBO was exactly how it was described. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. If we need to stay in this area again, we will definitely book with them.
