Friendly service at the front desk, very accommodating with extra blankets and sheets for my extra guest. Property is in ok shape, furniture in my room was in disrepair, bottom of the shower had mold and the jet tub was very dirty and had to be cleaned twice before we could use it. Our stay was ok.Front desk staff could be friendliar.The cleaning ladies are the best! They’re very friendly and happily accommodated me when I asked for extra facecloths.The kids’ bunk bed was very wobbly and the bedding on our Queen bed was dirty! Not sure if it was stained or just not washed!

The staff member on check in appeared annoyed I had used Expedia for booking. Said "oh you used Expedia" that this made check in complicated and would be "a while" to get me checked in. I have never had this experience before and have used Expedia at many other hotels. I found the hotel decor slightly dated.(not a significant concern) The mattresses were significantly stained, although covered with a light mattress cover. I did not go to the pool this trip. Breakfast was limited to sweets ( muffins, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, juice and coffee). The main problem was on check in. I felt very insignificant for using Expedia to book with this hotel. Upon check out the elevator tile floor had been mopped, no sign in the elevator to indicate same, very slippery to walk on when you do not see a wet floor sign. If it had not been close to Windsor Hospital I would not have stayed.
