The holiday house "An der Kurpromenade 9a" (semi-detached house) stands on a 200 sqm plot, with a small lawn, terrace with awning and garden furniture, barbecue and storage for bicycles etc. The property is in a dead end and so ideal for children. The house has a unique location, as it is with the terrace to the open field (south side). Upstairs are two bedrooms with 2 beds each (double bed and 2 separate beds).
The bathroom with shower is located on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large living room with comfortable seating area, a dining area, satellite TV, high chair, radio cassette player, patio door to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.
Furthermore, you will find the guest toilet on the ground floor. Parking space for your car directly at the house. The house is about 200m from the marina, 500m from the outer harbor and beach, and 800m from the spa center "Cliner - source" away.
If required, we provide you with a travel cot free of charge.

Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner ruhigen Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße Zentral ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand Bäcker um die Ecke. Einkäufe sind nach Carolinensiel leicht mit dem Rad zu erledigen, mit dem Rad sind von hier aus sehr schöne Touren möglich. Sehr ruhig nach hinten raus mit freien Blick auf Wiesen und in der Ferne auf den Deich. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Ausstattung war bis auf einen Backofen komplett. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super Haus mit toller Lage
Wir wurden im Haus mit frischen Blumen und "Musik" empfangen. Da könnte der Urlaub sofort mit der richtigen Stimmung starten. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und den alten Deich. Man fühlt sich ungestört und kann die Zeit genießen. Bis zum Watt sind es 10 min zu Fuss, die Harle fließt in Sichtweite und zum nächste Bäcker sind es 300 Meter. Das Haus ist gepflegt und es war Alles vorhanden was wir brauchen. Auch hatten wir immer schnellen und freundlichen Kontakt zu unserer Objektbetreuung. Wir können nur Danke sagen und immer gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlt ein Backofen und es gibt kein WLAN ( war auch nicht ausgeschrieben, wäre aber schön zu haben). Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuß.
Die Matratzen des Doppelbettes waren fest und komfortabel. Die Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer eignen sich nur für Kinder, da sie schon etwas durchgelegen sind.
Perfekt ist auf jeden Fall die Lage ( ruhige Sackgasse, weiter Blick aufs Feld, kurzer Weg zum Bäcker und der Strand in 3 Fahrradminuten erreichbar ).
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wichtig: Rauchen scheint erlaubt zu sein, da ein leichter Rauchgeruch in der Wohnung ( hauptsächlich im EG ) vorhanden war. Eine Flasche Raumdeo "Antitabak" stand bereits in der Küche.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Was sagte unsere Tochter, dass einzige was hier fehlt ist WLAN ;-)
Und so war es im Ganzen eigentlich auch.
Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lage. Es ist für 4 Personen gut ausgestattet. Leider sind die Matratzen in dem Kinderzimmer sehr durchgelegen, so dass wir dort nicht gut schlafen konnten. In der Hausbeschreibung wird an keiner Stelle erwähnt, dass der Kurbeitrag zusätzlich zu der Miete erhoben wird. Diesen mussten wir bei der Ankunft bezahlen. Er ist zwar in der Summe angemessen, dennoch sollte das unseres Erachtens in dem Inserat erwähnt werden. Es war auch sehr schade, dass wir die Verwalterin am Tag vor unserer Abreise nicht telefonisch erreichen konnten, obwohl wir es mehrfach (morgens, mittags und abends) versucht haben. Sie hat auch nicht zurückgerufen. Das ist ärgerlich, weil es ja auch ein ernstes Problem gegeben haben könnte. Wenn diese Mängel abgestellt würden, wäre es ein schönes Haus zu einem inklusive des Kurbeitrags gerade noch akzeptablen Preis.

Top Adresse
Vom ersten Moment an Urlaub, So stellen wir uns die Unterkunft vor. Wir wurden nett und unkompliziert empfangen und konnten schon weit vor der vereinbarten Uhrzeit das Haus beziehen. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden und man kann vom ersten Moment an den Urlaub geniesen. Die Lage ist perfekt, dierekt am Feldrand gelegen und nur ca. 500 Meter von dem Wattenmeer entfernt. Gerne wieder!
