Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet, absolut sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr schnell und verbindlich. Ein kleines Problem in der Wohnung wurde nach Anruf sofort und unkompliziert behoben Würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen !

Toller Ausgangspunkt in Wismar

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten die Wohnung Emma im ersten Stock. Im Hif ist ein Fahrradständer für 4 Räder. Das parken sn der Wohnung ist nur sehr bedingt möglich, eher nur zum Aus- und Einladen. Es gibt aber in der Nähe 2 große Parkplätze. Einer sogar kostenlos. Wir haben da immer einen Platz gefunden. Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Bett, gut ausgestattete Kpche aber nur 2 Kochplatten. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Super Lage, praktisch direkt am Hafen. Sehr gut um frischen Fisch zu kaufen. Auch nicht weit in die Altstadt und zum Marktplatz. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas suboptimal. Recht klein und hoher Rand. Da steht beim waschen schon mal der Waschtisch unter Wasser. Der Wasserdruck lässt beim Warmwasser etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche hat eine leichte Neigung so dass das Wasser in Richtung Abfluss läuft, leider aber nur spärlich abläuft. Dadurch steht das Wasser in der Dusche und kann wenn man nicht aufpasst auch überlaufen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit netten Vermietern. Etwas hellhörig, was man der spanisch sprechenden, nachbarschaftlichen Kommunikation entnehmen kann, die Teilweise sehr gut zu verstehen war. Liegt aber eher an der lauten Nachbarin als an der Wohnung. Wir würden wieder kommen und empfehlen die Wohnung auch gerne weiter.

Schicke, ordentliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, bei der keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Außerdem sehr netter Kontakt. Die Stadt Wismar hat einiges zu bieten und die weitere Umgebung ermöglicht sehr schöne Radtouren… Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Die Abwicklung verlief ohne Probleme und auch der Kontaktaufbau war sehr einfach. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern/schlicht. Der einzige kleine Makel war der geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war.

Ein schöner entspannter Aufenthalt mit City und Strandbesuch

Wir fanden eine schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage vor. Der Empfang war freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung war vollständig eingerichtet ausreichend für 2 Personen. Das Bad war auch toll und gepflegt... leider aber war der Wasserzufluss im Bad sehr schwach und damit gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das W-Lan funktionierte meist nicht. Die Räder konnten wir geschützt im Hof abstellen, der Zugang war durch die Haustür und den Flur möglich. Die Lage der Wohnung war wirklich toll, kostenlose Parkplätze, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gastronomie schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Kurzurlaub in Wismar

Um die Kulturerbestadt Wismar kennen zu lernen hat diese Wohnung eine ideale Ausgangslage. Aber auch für Abstecher auf die Insel Poel oder nach Boltenhagen ist es nicht wirklich weit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und für einen Kurzurlaub zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lokale finden sich in Minutenentfernung.

Super FeWo am Hafen Wismars

Wir haben uns 9 Tage lang in dieser wirklich schönen FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten keinen Lärm aus den benachbarten Wohnungen (mag aber auch an der Belegung gelegen haben). Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ideal für 2 Personen. Parkplatz beim Haus wäre sozusagen die Krönung, ist aber einfach nicht machbar und der kurze Weg zum öffentlichen Parkplatz ist OK. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nach einer kleinen "Panne" bei der Ankunft, die durch die sehr nette Vermieterin sofort behoben wurde , haben wir eine wundervolle Woche in Wismar verbracht. Die Wohnung ist optimal für zwei Personen, super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei den Temperaturen von über 30° konnten wir es dank Altbau sehr gut aushalten. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen, so stört auch der Strassenverkehr nicht. Aus der Haustür raus sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Hafen mit den leckeren Fischbrötchen :-) als auch zur Altstadt mit den vielen kleinen Geschäften. Kurzum - ein gelungener Urlaub
