Very enjoyable

We stayed for a week in this accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Right in town and close to amenities. Great facilities for families and singles alike to prepare food. Washing machine and dryer came in handy.

Super Lage in der Stadtmitte.

Super Lage in der Stadtmitte, alles ist Fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, war sauber mit Badzimmer und zusätzlich einer separaten Gästetoilette. Klasse TV und Hifi Anlage. WLAN war ebenfalls vorhanden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung in Top Lage in Wismar , es ist alles vorhanden und die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet - keine Standardwohnung.Wir wurden passend zu unserer individuellen Ankunftszeit in Empfang genommen u d in due Wohnung eingewiesen. War irgendwie, wie vei Freunden ankommen.Das Auto durfte in die Garage. Ganz prima. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder.

Eine tolle Wohnung in bester Lage.Garage dabei, in der Wohnung nichts was wir vermisst haben und eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Armin.Der einzige kleine Wehrmutstopfen für uns waren die ungewohnten Innenstadtgeräusche in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen.

Von der Ferienwohnung aus, konnte man fußläufig die ganze Altstadt erkunden. Sehr gut gegessen haben wir uns uns die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt in Wismar.

Vier erholsame Tage zum Jahreswechsel

Zusammenfassend möchte ich sagen, dass die Wohnung unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Wir waren vier Erwachsene im Rentenalter bzw. kurz davor. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut - Unterstützung erhält man hier in jedem Fall.Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung und die im Preis inbegriffene Garage. Es ist eine gepflegte Wohnung, deren Räume sich über 2 Etagen erstrecken. Der Wohnungseingang befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Völlig ausreichend, sofern man keine besonderen Wünsche hat. Man sollte bedenken, dass im kleineren Schlafraum eine Schlafcouch zu nutzen ist. Dies ist möglicher Weise nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir sind zurechtgekommen. Angenehm war die Ausstattung mit den zwei getrennten Toiletten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als angemessen.Die Altstatdt hat uns mit ihrer Größe, Sauberkeit und dem sehr guten Sanierungszustand positiv überrascht.Cafés und Restaurant sind zahlreich vorhanden und gut besucht. Wir waren froh, dass wir zum Abendessen einen Tisch bestellt hatten.Für einen Kurzaufenthalt kann ich Wismar uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Trotz direkter Nähe zum Zentrum war es ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und schön ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gewünscht hätten wir uns eine schriftliche (Kurz)Anleitung für die Elektrogeräte in der Küche. Wir bekamen den Geschirrspüler leider nicht an, so dass wir das Geschirr ungespült zurücklassen mussten.
