Bring your family and friends (and your furry loved ones!) to our spacious condo—“Riverbend Retreat”—where you can enjoy the classic Wisconsin Dells experience. Whether you're looking for adventures in the Dells or to relax with a cup of coffee overlooking the river, you have found the perfect retreat!

THE SPACE:
2 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. This 2-bedroom condo offers a king bed suite (with a cozy fireplace) and private bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, plus a full-sized pull-out couch, comfortably sleeping 8 guests.

There are so many things to do on site, including restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course, a spa, zipline, sand volleyball court and 3 private outdoor pools (open seasonally) exclusive to the condo guests.

The kitchen is well appointed with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, blender, coffee pot and Keurig (with coffee grounds/filters and K-cups provided), plus a dishwasher to take care of that chore to let you enjoy more of your vacation. All of the essentials are provided for your at-home meals. We offer glassware, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, oil and spices, plus a few condiments…just bring the food! (Maurer’s Market IGA is less than 4 miles away so you can stock up.)

After a long day of adventuring (or just relaxing by the 3 condo-exclusive pools), enjoy quality time in the comfortable living room with cable TV or choose to stream your favorites on Roku, soak in the jetted tub, or turn on the fireplace and play a board game or cards – many options provided for your family’s fierce/friendly gaming pleasure!

The jetted tub is a relaxing way to end your day of adventures. Soak in the warm, bubbling water and let your cares melt away as you enjoy quiet moments with your partner, or put the little ones in there and laugh at all of the giggles it will inspire.

PET FRIENDLY:
For our guests with canine companions, we know they are a huge part of your family and we welcome your furry loved ones as well. (Resort policy: No more than 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds each.) Chula Vista is the only resort in the Wisconsin Dells area that is pet friendly! Please note there is a $60 pet fee (just one fee for your entire stay). There is an amazing place called Pampered Paws Pet Resort just a few miles north of us that you can book your furry loved ones to stay during the daytime if you are going to be out and adventuring for the day.

DELLS ACTIVITIES:
The Chula Vista Resort is located less than 4 miles north of the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells, situated in a more rural area, surrounded by beautiful forests and set along the Wisconsin River. You will have easy access to the top attractions, including waterparks, boat tours, the famous Original Wisconsin Ducks tours, amusement parks, shopping, and a plethora of dining options. The 3 on-site restaurants open year-round and the seasonal Margaritas Cantina by the wave pool are amazing local options if you wish to stay close to home. We’re proud to have Kaminski’s Chop House within the resort, voted the #1 steakhouse in Wisconsin two years in a row. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, you'll find it all right here at Riverbend Retreat!

If you are visiting us in the winter months, there are quite a few locations for downhill skiing, snow tubing, ice fishing and cross-country skiing. When you return back to the condo from a day out in the cold, be sure to turn on one or both fireplaces and/or soak in the toasty warm jetted tub!

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire 2-bedroom condo is private, exclusive to your group.

Guests are welcome to use the small outdoor swimming pool or kids' lazy river located in the front of the resort or head to the back of the resort to play in the wave pool (all included free with your booking! and please note that these amenities are completely separate from the waterpark). Check out Margaritas Cantina while you are there. If barbecuing is the plan for dinner, gas grills and picnic tables are located near the swimming pool. There is also a sand volleyball court nearby waiting for your next great serve!

Note the pools are open seasonally, typically Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The on-site 18-hole Cold Water Canyon Golf Course can be booked through the resort or online. If you desire a mani/pedi, massage or facial, the on-site Navi Spa can also be booked through the resort or online.

Parking is free for all of our guests. The open lots are first-come, first-served. You are welcome to unload your luggage at the “porte-cochère” (fancy term for covered entrance to the condo lobby), and then easily transport your luggage up the elevators with the provided wheeled luggage carts.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Chula Vista Waterpark passes are not included with your booking, and this VRBO listing is not directly affiliated with Chula Vista. Waterpark day passes are only available to guests who stay at the Chula Vista Hotel. With that being said, we have several phenomenal waterparks nearby that you can book online:
- Land of Natura – The Dells’ newest waterpark with inflatables plus 150 acres of lake, beaches and forest.
- Kalahari – Both indoor and outdoor waterparks. Open year-round indoors.
- Great Wolf Lodge – Full-day and half-day passes available.
- Wilderness Resort – 4 indoor and 4 outdoor waterparks.
- Noah’s Ark – “America’s Largest Waterpark.” Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

One of the many beauties of renting a privately owned condo is that you don’t need to check in at the registration desk nor will you be charged an additional rooming tax or resort fee. We will send your personal smart lock check-in code 3 days before your arrival, and you are welcome to go directly to your home away from home and begin your vacation immediately.
