Overall stay went well. Restaurant service once again very slow at the Grille. Even family said you were right - it’s slow like you predicted. 4th floor ice machine broken. Room was very nice and service to grant our upgrade to a family suite for more room for kiddos was well received and accommodated. Good and responsive service. When visiting family in Winona - you are the go to place. Thanks.

The room was clean. Surprised that there was no place for recycling. The staff were friendly. Breakfast options were limited. I admit, being a vegetarian it made me sad that there was not a meat-less breakfast sandwich option. Did not use the hot tub. Bed and pillows were not the best to sleep on and I was very tired. Excited to get to my next stop and sleep on a comfortable Hilton bed.

Nice overnight stay

Convenient, large room and king bed. Seemed quiet in our hall. Bar and restaurant was nice to have as an option if you didn’t feel like driving elsewhere. I’d stay again if I needed a place.

Not the best experience.

Hotel was ok. Room was very musty and humid. Small room fridge was shut off and propped open with a note. Kinda hard to use a fridge that isn't already on and running. Hotel workers were never at the desk. Always sitting in a chair in the separate office in the back, out of sight of guests.

Very nice hotel and bar/restaurant. Staff was pleasant. We weren’t aware that our room wouldn’t be cleaned after first day unless we asked, so it never got freshened up/ clean towels. Apparently if you stay more than one day you have to sign up for cleaning, but we weren’t aware. No one explained this to us and no notes in room. I understand wanting to preserve on towel washing, but it is nice to come back to a clean room; especially bathroom. It was otherwise a nice stay, quiet, and offered lots of amenities. Would definitely come again.

Our room was dusty and needed to be vacuumed. The bed was not comfortable. The continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had at a hotel. Would never recommend to anyone. We will never go back.
