Great place and stay! Check in process could use fine tuning
We had a lovely week long stay at this property. The penthouse was absolutely beautiful, well stocked with basics, the wifi and parking was great, the views amazing. The little touches like black out blinds and laundry soap really helped make our stay comfortable. Alberto went the extra mile in to make sure we had a crib for our baby so we didn’t have to travel with it! They also accommodated a late check out for a later flight we had. Central location, wasn’t far to walk anywhere! The only complaint I had was I felt like check in instructions weren’t clear. First when I booked and sent the original payment, I was sent check in application where they asked for my travel info and check in requests but then I never heard back about the status of them. I waited a few weeks to hear back or be sent the rest of the invoice and tried reaching out a few times with no response. Once I was in touch directly with Alberto things did go a bit smoother. I requested an hour earlier check in which they said they could accommodate but then I didn’t get the check in instructions till an hour after that time. I had felt so pushy asking for information that hadn’t been given up to that point, I didn’t want to reach out anymore so we just waited at the airport and had a meal to kill time. I also found the check in instructions a bit confusing, like it had two repeated paragraphs with different instructions (door is on the left, door is on the right). It also said it was PH1 when it’s P1 so coupled with thinking the door could have been on the right we had trouble finding the room. The place probably could have benefited from a Welcome Book with some sort of instructions to the Air Conditioner and lights which were high tech. I figured the lights out eventually but never did the AC. Anyways those were small blips in an otherwise great stay. I would stay with them again and recommend this place going forward.

Great condo!
Condo was perfect for 2 couples. Great layout, amazing views of the entire city. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern & Clean
We stayed at this apartment August 17 - 21. The instructions were very clear except to enter the parkade for the car. You need to use the parking hanger to open the garage gate (there is a square white sensor when you drive up the to gate above your car) - just hold the hanger toward it to open the gate. This is the same to exit the garage. The parking spot is close to the entrance of the building to the elevator. The apartment is modern and very clean. Both beds were comfortable. A/C was easily adjusted in every room. All the window coverings are electric and the bedrooms have black out blinds. They have a Keurig coffee maker and tea that is complimentary. The location is so - so as per people that live in Winnipeg because of crime when night falls. We walked to the Forks within 15 minutes & to VJ's within 10 minutes. A few of our friends that live in Winnipeg were hesitant to come to the apartment because you have to pay for parking and there is heavy road construction 7 days a week on this block. I had a few questions after we checked in. I used to VRBO site to send the message to Alberto and never received a response from him on August 13 and 14. When I emailed Vialux Suites (the company that owns the apartment) they were quick to respond. It is a beautiful and comfortable apartment, I would stay there again.
