Only 5 minutes from Windham Mountain with skiing and snowboarding, hiking, golfing, restaurants and shops. Relax and enjoy with the whole family around the fireplace, game room, or large deck. The space
This cozy A-frame Chalet has been newly refurnished with your comfort in mind. Close to the best hiking, skiing, and snowboarding the Catskills has to offer - 5 minutes to Windham, 20 minutes to Hunter, and 40 minutes to Belleayre. Take in the outdoors with the large wraparound deck or small private balcony. Make memories with family and friends in the game room downstairs equipped with a foosball, pool, and air hockey combination table, as well as giant Connect 4 or sit on the couch and enjoy a movie on the projector screen.

The Chalet accommodates 8 people very comfortably and is perfect for families or couples. It's also a short drive to many local destinations.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with everything you need including dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, utensils, cutting boards, Breville Toaster Oven, Keurig K-Duo Plus Single Serve and Carafe Coffee Maker (plus a few k-cups for your enjoyment), Bialetti Moka Express 6 Cup, electric tea kettle, salt and pepper, etc.

DINING ROOM
The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 bar seats at the kitchen counter adjacent to the table. There is also a child's booster seat in the bedroom closet upstairs.

LIVING ROOM
Warm up by the brick wood burning fireplace with the stacked, chopped and seasoned wood under the deck. Above the fireplace sits a Samsung Frame TV for your entertainment. There are 2 couches and 3 leather chairs offering plenty of seating for all guests.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Large deck off of the living room with ample seating, a 6-person outdoor table, and a propane grill.
