Welcome to our quiet, but still perfectly located apartment. Grumbach is a favorable starting point to take excursions to Dresden, in the Tharandter Wald or Saxon Switzerland. You can expect a modernly furnished and sustainable apartment with two rooms. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed without much effort. Shops are within walking distance and the A4 and A17 motorways can be reached in five minutes by car.

We love the environment and value sustainability. The house uses all options to use the energy of the sun to save energy. Hot water is heated and saved via solar thermal energy. Electrical energy is obtained via a modern photovoltaic system and saved so that the energy can be used at night.
