Whether you’re on vacation or business, we'd like to extend a warm southern welcome. We have a large, separate but attached private studio with private code entrance, private bathroom with a small shower, king bed, and bunk bed (single & double, beds). This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood 10 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.

Included are a mini-fridge, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and television with cable, HBO, and Netflix. We have a play kitchen for children and games for everyone.

This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only. There's a patio just outside for smoking. Your rooms are private from the house.

April was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The suite was very tidy and check in process was very easy and smooth. She was very understanding when our dogs would get a little noisy.
