This unique place has a style all its own and is perfect for a comfy stay. Located in North Wilmington, close to shops and eateries, as well as wooded trails within walking distance. The space has been freshly renovated and is waiting for your arrival. Perfect space for a solo traveler or couple. This is one of three units in a large house, and the only shared spaces are the yard and the laundry room.

Fully renovated space with all the amenities. Private entrance on the side of the house. One unit of three in a large house, basement level. You will hear people walking above if it is rented out, and we encourage quiet hours from 10pm-8am to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.
