House was perfect size for our large group. Only issues were that the dining room chairs are getting old and creaky/wonkey, and that the downstairs den was advertised as being updated to a bedroom…which it was not. Otherwise we’re very happy and Emilio has been very easy to deal with.

This is a well kept property with plenty of beds for a family reunion. Spacious living room and back deck. Nice kitchen with center island that includes a large dining room table. The property is about 5 minutes away from nearby grocery stores and restaurants. There is water access at the bottom of the property that you can launch kayaks/canoes from. The host was very responsive and helped us out with any questions. All in all it was a great place to spend time at.

This property was ideal for our annual family gathering of eight, including two toddlers and a baby (more on the way). The home offered ample space, privacy, and quiet areas for everyone, and the spacious kitchen, dining table, and living area comfortably accommodated us all.Emilio was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever any issues arose. There was so much to do in the area that we would definitely consider returning. However, there are two concerns that may give us pause. First, the house lacked carpets or drapes that absorb sound, which made it quite loud with a large group and small children. Second, the bottom floor—where most of the cooking, dining, and relaxing took place—did not have air conditioning, making it uncomfortably warm at times. I do highly recommend this home and hope the owners will take the feedback into consideration so we can return again next year!

Place was perfect for our large family. Hot tub after skiing and great kitchen area for cooking and still feeling part of the crowd.

It was ... just ok
The listing was updated between the time I booked and my arrival (it’s presently accurate) so we were disappointed to discover they were suddenly calling a pull out couch “a bedroom”. We made it work but it wasn’t what we were expecting. When we called Emilio to sort it out, he was very responsive and sent someone over who was SO helpful in getting linens sorted out and even lighting the grill for us. The house itself is just ok. Felt like a cheap remodel - nails poking out of door trim in an upstairs bathroom, missing (and crumb-filled) floor transition between kitchen and dining room, insane amount of spiders lurking overhead around back door and LOTS of cobwebs inside. The house is comfortable enough, but definitely not cozy. Like I said, it was just ok.
