• Guest must sign a rental agreement.
• Pool can be heated for $200/day. Please let us know 24 hours prior if you want the pool heated to allow adequate time for it to warm up.

• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).

I gave it a 4 but mostly because the host was amazing ...responding within 15 minutes or less which was a surprise. The property, for the price, was lacking in that it doesn't look like the advertised photos presented on the website. It is in need of a facelift. The hot tub wasn't really hot and the "exercise room" is an exaggeration. A treadmill or Precor stepper would be a beneficial addition to the free weights to be called.

This property is amazing. Quiet neighborhood just off the main drag. 5-10 minutes from anything you need. Property is spacious and perfectly arranged. We had plenty of room for eight adults and two children under 2, plus two dogs. Pool was perfect! Hot tub was perfect! The out door grilling area seated all of us. We ate every meal outside at the triangle table. Perfect vacation spot!
