Welcome to 8 Channel Ave A, the family vacation home of your dreams! This gorgeous duplex is in the heart of the much desired Wrightsville Beach, and offers refinished hardwood floors throughout and a gourmet kitchen appointed with a Wolf gas range, a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and custom cabinets. There’s plenty of yard space, as well as a dock that’s great for launching kayaks, fishing, or sunbathing! After a long day at the beach, which is only a block and a half away, you can easily walk to any of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants for a relaxing meal and live music. If you’d rather stay in, the home has a spacious, sound front deck where you can enjoy a home cooked meal while watching our spectacular sunsets. No matter your preference, this house has it all. If there is one thing we know for certain, it is that you will love your stay at this beautiful waterfront home on Banks Channel!

The perfect weekend away

This property and the time we spent in Wrightsville was one we won’t forget. The cleanliness of this property, the location, convenience and the views are some of its many qualities. I don’t even want to tell you how great this place is so I can save it for myself! Beautiful and convenient to everything. You do hear the hustle and bustle of what’s going on in the small downtown area but it’s worth it. We could people watch from the road side porch and boat watch from the other side. I’ll stay here again! Decor is perfect! Owners know what they’re doing with this place! I loved it!
