Convenience and comfort is what you will find at this cottage. Located in a residential neighborhood in midtown. You are an easy 15-20 min drive to local beaches and Downtown Wilmington and just minutes to great local restaurants, shopping, and parks! This home has 864 sqft, open concept living room with streaming TV, dining area with table for 4, and fully equipped kitchen with Keurig & espresso machine, everything you need to whip up a meal. Each bedroom has it's own attached full bathroom, one king size bed and one queen to sleep 4 comfortably. Enjoy the back yard with patio and seating around a firepit. This home has everything you need whether your in town for a weekend or a longer term stay. Beach chairs are provided to make your trip to the beach an ease! There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We decided to bring our granddaughter to the beach for a couple of days. Fort Fisher is our favorite beach because we can drive out on the beach and pick out our own spot. This rental was conveniently located, only 30 minutes from Fort Fisher and close to many restaurants and other stores without having to fight crowded places and heavy traffic closer to the beach. The house was amazing, well furnished and decorated, and the beds were very comfortable too. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It's location makes you feel like you are way out in the country, but it's convenient to everything. We will definitely be interested in staying here again.

The perfect little getaway house! Nestled into a quiet neighborhood nearly in the middle of Carolina beach and downtown Wilmington. The house was clean and as pictured with a cute backyard with a really cool fire pit. There’s also a brunch spot and a tavern within a mile. Would sta here again and again.
