Pros: Einstellplatz vor der Tür, alles ebenerdig, großzügig Räume. Cons: Wohnung liegt nur wenige Meter von der Straße entfernt. Die Straße ist eine Umleitungsstraße und zurzeit sehr laut. Die Wohnung hat viele Holzwände und wirkt etwas dunkel. Ist aber ok.
