The Space:
This 3 bedroom 1 bath home has been intentionally designed to have all the amenities you and your family may need while enjoying your visit to Williamstown, Kentucky.

After a long day of touring, relax, play games, or stream a movie in our cozy, modern living room. We have provided several games and puzzles to enjoy with your loved ones!

If you want more interactive fun, head down to the basement to find our newly renovated Gameroom! Shoot some hoops, play pool, ping pong, or get competitive at the foosball table. Should you need to throw a load of clothes to wash, you are more than welcome to utilize the laundry room also located down here.

Our dining area comfortably seats 6 with extra patio seating on the deck. The coffee bar has everything you need for a great cup of coffee or tea (k pods located in bin under machine). Coffee machine has the option to brew carafe or single Keurig cups. Should you choose to cook, we have stocked the kitchen with all dinnerware, pots, pans, etc you should need.

The deck boasts great views of the sunrise, nature, and a variety of birds. You may even get lucky and see deer come and go!

We take sleep seriously. That’s why we have provided all bedrooms with high quality memory foam mattresses, comfortable linens, room darkening curtains, white noise machines, and extra pillows and blankets! All bedrooms have full length mirrors to help get ready for the day.

Enjoy large beds- King located in the master, a queen in the small bedroom 2, and a twin/full bunk and trundle in bedroom 3. Our bunk is made of durable solid wood and sturdy enough for both kids and adults (we tried them out for ya!)

We also love books! Enjoy a selection from our children’s book nook located in the bunk bedroom and gather the family for a bedtime story.

A dedicated work space is located in the master bedroom for those who needs to work on the go.

Plenty of towels and toilet paper are provided, along with hair dryer, soap, and shampoo.

Last but not least, for those traveling with children, we have included kid’s dinnerware, a booster seat with tray, pack n play, and double stroller to use during your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house and deck. We encourage our guests to enjoy the backyard view from our deck only. Due to the steepness of our property, we ask that guests not access the backyard or use basement door. We’re working to improve our yard for your enjoyment in the future!

The Neighborhood:
You can’t get much closer to the Ark! In one of the closest neighborhoods to this attraction, our property is set on an older residential street with families and pets nearby. Neighbors are polite. Please be respectful of their privacy. Thanks! The train that passes through the heart of Williamstown can be heard in the distance but not close enough to be disturbing. On your drive in and out, you will enjoy the views of rolling hills and valleys right in this neighborhood. Enjoy viewing a variety of birds and an occasional deer right from our deck while enjoying your morning coffee!

Getting Around:
A quick and easy drive 3 minutes drive to I75 and the Ark. Our main driveway comfortably accommodates 2 vehicles. If needed you may use extra gravel driveway to the left of the home. Please take precaution for other vehicles when pulling out of driveways.

Other Things to Note:
Please use caution when going up and down basement stairs and use handrail. There are light switches on both the top and bottom of the stairwell for your use. Use caution with young children on deck and keep basement door closed so little ones stay safe! The Gameroom is in an unfinished basement, so bring a light jacket to stay comfy.

Interaction with Guests:
Feel free to text us if you need help with anything. We want your stay to be as comfortable and fun as possible! For emergencies of any sort, please call. We will do our very best to have help out as quickly as possible.
