Front Dest at Hotel should be friendly. No smiles they look like they hate their jobs. It wasnt just time last time was the same way.

When checking on 10-19-25 @4:00 PM in I was greeted by the Lady at the desk and when she found out I had booked through Expedia she literally blew up, stating loudly "they" are worse, NEVER ever use Expedia, she kept repeating thin many times,,, ALWAYS call the motel for reservations, this was in a tone that she was trying to belittle me and my wife some lady came from the back and advised she had "it" taken care of and we were processed in without further delay? I had already paid in advance for our stay so I let this angry lady process us in, she put us on the eight floor almost to the end of the hall after being ask in a "nice manner for something close to the elevator as we are handicapped, I have stayed there before and never been treated like this! Everything should be on video! One cannot find a cleaner well equipped motel and casino in Traverse city period and other staff were Class A and overall is a great get a way and after this meeting strange person who was in dire need of some type management!! WE DID OVERALL ENJOY OUR STAY and will use Expedia again,,

The restaurant was fantastic! Staff and food both were great. Hotel was clean, but we had asked have our room cleaned and it wasn’t cleaned once while we were there. Our towels were only replaced because I went to ask for them and complain about our room not being cleaned when asked.
