We used this as our base of operations to visit local attractions including Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. The house was nice, clean and well furnished. We ate all our meals out and Williams has an adequate assortment of restaurants. Do not miss eating at the Pine Country Restaurant. Two block walk to the main drag in town, which is the famed Route 66.

The house is great! Plenty of room for everyone. The large patio and fenced in yard are perfect for the whole family. The kids loved playing in the grass. The location is a quick walk to everything. We will absolutely rent again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The accommodations were great. Super clean place, walking distance to the town and great hospitality and response from host. We will definitely stay here again if visiting the area. (We stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon which is an easy drive from the location). Highly recommend this home.

Our host Steve was great qith communication, answering any questions I had. The property was beautiful, and I loved that there was a Christmas tree set up! It really made the property special. The rooms were comfortable and a perfect space for 7 adults and 2 dogs. We were able to play family games together and enjoy our mini vacation! The area was safe and very convenient to downtown. We had such a great time at the Base Camp! They had everything we needed. It was close enough to downtown we walked to coffee in the morning and back again for lunch! Gorgeous site, plenty of towels and ammenities. We would absolutely stay again.

Grand Canyon home base

We chose this property in Williams to use as a home base for our trips to Grand Canyon. The home was clean and well-equipped. There were plenty of beds for our group of 9. We all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire after a long day of hiking. We also enjoyed walking around downtown Williams.

Close to downtown, you can walk there. The owner responded to every concern . Would stay there again. Plenty of room for you and your family. Would suggest curtains or blinds for the front window. Would make me feel more secure.
